Our Appointment Policy:
You can book one or more appointments within one month with our online booking system;
Your phone number and email address are required when booking online, other information will be collected at the clinic;
Although you don't have to but it will be more convenience to set up your own online log-in account so it's easier to manage all your appointments with us;
For after hour appointment availability or you want to wait for a cancellation, please call 604-432-7209;
Please honor your appointment, If you need to cancel your appointment, please do it online or call us at least 24 hours ahead; For short notice cancellation or no-show, a 50-100% of the treatment fee may be charged.
Please click the "BOOK NOW" button to book your appointment. Choose the "service" (all prices listed do not include applicable GST) you need and then the "staff" who will provide the service, and find your favorite time slot. When your booking is done, you will get an email confirmation.
